THE DRESS IS SILKLY WITH FLOWERS, VELVET TOP, LACE SLEEVES, EMERALD AND PEARL NECKLACE, EMERALD EARRINGS, AND EMERALDS IN HER HAIR., STANDS ABOUT 8-9 INCHES TALL. BLACK HAIR UP IN A STYLE, MESH WHITE NYLONS AND WHITE HIGH HEELS.
World war 2 would be composition doll. Plastic doll first were made in this country USA in 1947, celluloid in Europe. Please post a picture then I can tell you what she is. Barbies were not made until 1959 and they are taller and so is Lil. That would make it easier
