Precision Garage Door Services Their 15,000th Customer

On Monday, January 4th 2010, Precision Garage Door Service of the Greater Los Angeles Area answered a request for service from their 15,000th customer. This milestone was reached almost 9 years to the day, when they first opened for business, January 1, 2001. Their first office opened in the city of Glendale. This office originally serviced the Glendale Burbank area. The owner, Raymond Thorsky along with Kristopher Barton and Daniel Frost started Precision Garage Door Service with a Mission Statement of

offering our customers, “quality garage door service at affordable prices”. Their goal was then and still is, “to exceed customer expectations.

In 2003 the company expanded their operation to include the cities in the San Gabriel Valley. Hiring an Office Manager and an additional Technician, the philosophy of their mission statement and customer goal was the primary driving force. With fully stocked trucks and the best trained garage door technicians in the industry it quickly became evident that our customers appreciated the fact that we could perform nearly any garage door or opener repair on our first visit. They appreciated the fact that we did the repair right the first time. This put Precision Garage Door Service well ahead of our competition.

I 2005 the company expanded to service the greater Ontario area. During the next two years we hired and trained two more technicians. Because of the quality work that we had done over the last four years, they found that they were getting more and more referral customers. Raymond Thorsky, Company owner believes that this is the greatest compliment a company can have. former customers recommending us to their friends and acquaintances.

In 2007 the company moved their office to the city of La Verne. This office was strategically located so that they could service their expanding customer base. Precision Garage Door Service wanted to be able to reach a customer within 30 minutes from a centralized location Los Angles traffic permitting. The company now services customers from West Los Angeles to Rialto which includes all of the cities in between. With the customer base growing, so did the staff and the company name. The company now calls itself “Precision Garage Door Service of the Greater Los Angeles and Greater Ontario Areas. Added to the original two employees is Jennifer Hunter, Office Manager, Victor Rodriguez, Technician, Orion Walton, Technical Support Manager, David Wiggins, Senior Garage Door Installation Manager, and our latest technician, John Mc Coy. .Although there are now additional employees, owner Raymond Thorsky attributes this growth and success to making sure that his technicians and staff. are the best trained in the industry. Precision Door Service still follows his original mission statement of providing quality garage door service at affordable prices, combined with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. .

The two original technicians are still with the company. Kristopher Barton is now the Field Operations Manager for the Greater Los Angeles and Ontario areas. Daniel Frost is the Senior Certified Technician who services our customers in the Greater Ontario area.
