Skeleton Furniture
Our house seems to be haunted, what should we do?
We bought Canterville Chase at valuation, with all the furniture, and, apparently, the ghost. The previous owner warned us about it, said that it was dreadful, and scared his grandaunt to fits, by placing two skeleton hands on her shoulders. But, of course, no one in our family believed it. Then, it started: a bloody spot in the library, which we remove every day and which appears again, thought we keep the library door closed; moans and groans at night, sound of chains, clinking. Do ghosts really exist? And what should we do with ours, if it’s a ghost?
