What is this fruit decor thing?

I found what I think is some sort of patio/garden decor piece at Goodwill and am trying to figure out what it is. Most of it is green, it’s about 2.5 feet tall. At the bottom there is a thing that comes out that looks like it’s meant to hold 3 large candles. A little more than half way up there is a ceramic circle that has fruit painted on it. At the top there are 8 spirals, 4 making a sort of “platform” and 4 more above those that are hanging off the sides that look like you could maybe hang something from them. The bottom part is supposed to hold wine bottles. So this piece would be placed between two relaxing chairs for a glass of wine. Not a practical piece by my viewpoint. Not enough room for a cheese platter.
